Our standard survey format uses a 5-point rating scale for the 360 competencies. We can also provide 4-point and 7-point rating scales if you prefer.

Raters are also asked to provide written comments at the end of the survey. Our feedback system analyzes each rater's responses to determine what areas to solicit comments in. The person being evaluated gets targeted qualitative feedback where it is most needed!
